POLISH EUROSCEPTIC PROSECUTED
HANDS OFF LUKASZ KOLAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lukasz Kolak from Gdynia, Poland is prosecuted for puting anti - EU posters on PUBLIC bus-stops. It was done before referendum on entering EU by Poland. Like in communist times in 70ies he is formally accused for puting posters "in wrong place" without acceptance of owner. However there were also pro-EU posters on bus-stops but nobody has been judged for that...First Lukasz Kolak was sentenced to 1 month of compulsory public work(by quasi-judge EWA MIELCAREK) , but he appealed. The accusing police officers are Grazyna Weglewska, Roman Jurkiewicz and M. Makurat. Policemen who arrested Lukasz Kolak are Marek Rogowski, Mariusz Ostrowski. The judge is Malgorzata Westphal-Kowalska. The session of the court on April 13, 11am - the Court of Gdynia - Sad Rejonowy XI wydzial grodzki - ONE OF THE WITNESSES WAS ABSENT, SO THE SESSION WAS POSTPONED. NEXT WILL TAKE PLACE ON JUNE 1, 8.30 am - at the same place. please, come to support Lukasz or, at least forward this message...

STATEMENT

We protest against persecuting of Lukasz Kolak for publishing anti-EU posters. We assume that repressions against L. Kolak are another proof that in a campaign before referendum on accession of Poland to European Union, eurosceptics didn't get aany real chance to influence public opinion. Even Police and courts were involved to block Polish eurosceptic campaign. So we think that the referendum was not honest.
